1. Brazil/Salvador Blend - A fuse of Brazil and El Salvador beans. The cupping Brazil nodes consist of mild kahlua and salted peanut flavors with good acidity and mellow sweetness. The Salvador nodes contain cooked coffee cherry with mellow malt and cooked blackberry flavors giving it tart citric acidity and fruit-like sweetness. This mix brings savory and tart together with almond and sweet-sounding flavors.
2. Guatemala Blend - Huehuetenango nodes of cocoa and praline flavors with tart citric acidity and mild sugary sweetness.
*There is a minimum order of a 6-pack for the 12oz bags and a 2-pack for the 5lb bags.
